Katy Gardner

Katy Gardner joined Proffitt & Associates in 2014. Since then, she has become a passionate advocate for her clients both in and outside of the courtroom. Katy understands that, just as every family is unique, every family law case is unique, as well. With that in mind, Katy is committed to providing a customized case plan to address the specific needs of every client. 

Katy has extensive first-chair trial experience in divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, enforcement, adoption, modifications, and other family law cases. 

In 2020, Katy was nominated as a Rising Star in Family Law by Super Lawyers, an honor that is given to only 2.5% of lawyers each year. Katy was also selected to Houstonia Magazine's list of 2019 Top Lawyers.
